Directions to Bass o Mania Rustfontein Bronkhorstspruit

1. From Pretoria, take the Bronkhorstspruit East off-ramp and turn left onto R25 to Groblersdal.
2. From JHB & the East Rand, go to Bapsfontein and follow the R25 to Bronkhorstspruit.
3. From the N4/R25 intersection you travel 8, 2 km north on the road towards Groblersdal - The turn-off on the left has the Bass O Mania signboard. Follow the road through the blue gums and then turn right, ensuring that you are travelling with the telephone lines on your left. (DO NOT FOLLOW THE ROAD TO SWANEPOEL, there are no dams to fish!)
4. After two left turns in the road you will get three gates, one on the left and two on the right-hand side.
5. The third gate on the right has got a Bass O Mania board attached to it. (Gate is secured with a rope) takes you to the inflow of the main dam (16 ha) and Carp Fishing stands (swims) 1 - 4. Follow the road down to the dam should you have booked a stand there.
6. Traveling further down the main road, you get to a small dam on the left with a Bass O Mania board on the gate this dam is a destination for novice anglers and by arrangement only.
7. On the right of the small dam is a double farm gate with a Bass O Mania board on the right gate – Follow this road to the Club house, Reception, the dam wall and Carp Fishing stands 5-8.
8. (DO NOT GO TO THE FARMHOUSE OR PASS THE GREEN PALLISADE GATES & FENCING) AS WE DON’T WANT TO DISTURB THE FARM MANAGER.
